Due to recent changes in tax laws, your order may be subject to local sales or use tax. International E-Z UP, Inc. is obligated to collect sales tax if a valid Exemption or Resale Certificate is not provided. If you have any questions, please contact our accounting department at (800) 457-4233.

Sales and Use Tax Requirements

International E-Z UP, Inc. is required to charge sales or use tax on products shipped in the following states:

Arizona
California
Colorado
Florida
Georgia
Illinois
Kentucky

Massachusetts
Michigan
Nevada
New York
North Carolina
Ohio

Oklahoma
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
Virginia
Texas
Washington

If your purchases are exempt from sales and use taxes, please promptly forward a valid exemption or resale certificate for each destination state where we ship your purchases. Please carefully review these certificates to verify that they are properly completed, dated, and signed by an authorized person. If you are claiming a resale exemption for products shipped to one or more states, you may wish to utilize the Uniform Sales & Use Tax Exemption/Resale Certificate – Multijurisdiction form. This form is available for download below. Please review the instructions for completing this certificate and enter a valid sales tax number on the line corresponding to each state where purchases are shipped. The completed exemption or resale certificate(s) may be faxed or emailed to us at (951) 779-2381 or AR@ezup.com.

If we do not have a valid exemption or resale certificate on file for the destination state, we must charge the applicable tax.
